Yes, your payment information will be completely secure and confidential when you order our products online. Our authorized retailer, PayPal.com enables you to pay securely by credit card online. PayPal.com provides an online transaction processing system that integrates the most up-to-date security features available. PayPal handles sales in a secure environment, using SSL encryption.

PayPal.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of these brands.

2. Can I pay by check?

No. At this time we do not accept checks or money orders. Our exclusive authorized retailer, PayPal.com accept payments online via credit card or via PayPal.

3. Do you accept foreign currency?

Yes. All our supplements and kits can be shipped to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Western Europe.

Our authorized retailer, PayPal.com, allows you to pay in several foreign currencies, providing that you pay with Visa or Mastercard. When you click on the "Buy now" button to purchase products from Vulvodynia-treatment.com, you will be directed to a PayPal.com payment screen.

Vulvdoynia-Treatment.com is owned by Results-Health.com, which will be the billiing company label on the PayPal screen.

PayPal.com will bill you in US dollars and your credit company will then charge you the foreign currency exchange rate and potentially a small applicable fee, to convert what you owe to your own currency on your credit card statement.

4. I'm having trouble ordering with my credit card - what should I do?

Vulvodynia-Treatment.com enables you to pay securely for our products using any major credit card with our our authorized retailer, PayPal.com.

PayPal.com, is the authorized retailer of Vulvodynia-treatment.com and our parent company Results Health. PayPal.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of these brands.

6. Can I order products at wholesale prices?

Yes. We allow online shoppers to order our products listed on our wholesale page at wholesale prices, providing that you order in the bulk quantities (1 case of 12 or more, depending on the product). Our current wholesale customers include Naturopaths, pharmacies, health food stores and medical practioners. At this time, we offer the following products and services at wholesale volume discounts (plus regular shipping fees):

How do I cancel my recurring order?

To cancel your recurring order, please email us at support@vulvodynia-treatment.com with the subject line "Cancel recurring order". Then, in the body of the email, please include your order number. We will cancel all future orders.
